Nassau City Highlights with Cave and Rum Tastings

Set off on a vibrant island adventure that blends history, culture, and flavor into one unforgettable experience. This exciting Nassau tour begins just steps from the cruise terminal, making it the perfect way to explore the best of the Bahamas during your day in port.

Your journey starts at the Nassau Cruise Port, a lively hub known for its colorful waterfront, easy access to downtown, and welcoming island atmosphere. From here, you will travel to the Bahamas Rum Cake Factory, where complimentary tastings introduce you to one of the island's most beloved treats. The tour continues to Fort Fincastle, a historic landmark offering sweeping views and an opportunity to browse local crafts at the nearby market. This stop also gives you the option to visit the iconic Queen's Staircase, a must see attraction carved from solid limestone in the late 1700s.

Next, you will dive into a delicious lineup of complimentary tastings at several local favorites, including the Graycliff Chocolate Factory, a boutique winery, and the Bahamian Moonshine Company. A refreshing pina colada at John Watling's Distillery adds another island flavor to your day. Along the way, your guide will showcase some of Nassau's key highlights, including panoramic views of the University of the Bahamas, the National Stadium, and scenic Lake Cunningham.

At The Caves, you can explore these natural formations and learn their significance to local folklore. The adventure continues with a relaxing drive along the western coastline, where you will see pristine beaches, upscale neighborhoods, and the impressive Baha Mar resort. Your final stop brings you to Arawak Cay Beach, a fun and friendly spot known for its soft sand and nearby fish fry restaurants. You will have up to 1.5 hours to swim, sunbathe, or enjoy a meal at your own expense before returning to the cruise port.

With round trip transportation, a knowledgeable driver, and multiple complimentary tastings included, this tour delivers outstanding value and a full day of island discovery. It is an ideal choice for guests who want to experience the Bahamas through food, history, natural wonders, and stunning coastal views, all within easy reach of the bustling and well connected Nassau Cruise Port.
