April 6: Buffalo Touring and Pierce-Arrow Transportation Museum
This morning a local guide conducts a driving and walking tour of historic Buffalo. You will visit the City Hall with its unique Observation Tower, often called the “Windows on Buffalo” and see the Canalside at the heart of Buffalo’s waterfront. Later, visit the Pierce-Arrow Transportation Museum which offers a unique look at Buffalo’s transportation history. This extensive collection of vintage automobilia is considered one the finest of its kind in the world.

April 7: Theodore Roosevelt and Frank Lloyd Wright
Begin the day at the Theodore Roosevelt Site. See the house where he was sworn into office and learn the back story of how one man overcame adversity early in life to go on to become one of the most influential U.S. Presidents of all time. Then tour the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Darwin D. Martin House. Built between 1903 and 1905 the house ranks among Wright’s greatest works. Lunch today is at the historic Roycroft Inn, a wonderful example of the Arts and Craft movement. Enjoy shopping at Vidlers 5 & 10 as well as the unique Made in America Store.

April 8: Niagara Falls and the Solar Eclipse
Begin the day with a visit to mighty Niagara Falls. Niagara actually consists of three waterfalls which span the border between Ontario and New York. See the Horseshoe Falls, the largest as well as the American and Bridal Veil Falls.Then continue to Old Fort Niagara where you are welcomed by period-attired guides, fife and drums, musket firing and more. It is here you will view one of the earth’s great wonders, a total solar eclipse. Special eye-wear and chairs will be provided for this once-in-a-lifetime event. Be sure to dress accordingly as it will be springtime in Niagara. Tonight, dinner is at the Hofbrauhaus for an evening of German food and music.

April 9: Travel Home
After breakfast, a group transfer to the Buffalo International Airport is available for flights out after 12:00 p.m.

Travelers Protection Plan (TPP) – $250 per person
This nonrefundable fee waives all cancellation fees when we are notified of cancellation one day before
the tour departs. If you must leave the tour early due to personal illness, illness or death of a member of
your immediate family, TPP guarantees full refund for any unused services after the departure of the tour.
Other benefits include medical expenses for illness and injury, emergency transportation, 24 hour hot line,
and lost or stolen baggage assistance. Return air transportation is included ONLY if your air tickets were
provided by Mayflower Cruises & Tours. If you purchase the optional Travelers Protection Plan (TPP), you
will be refunded all payments, including deposit amount, less the TPP premium amount.

• 61 days or more: Deposit Amount
• 60 to 31 days prior: 20% of tour cost
• 30 to 15 days prior: 30% of tour cost
• 14 to 1 day prior: 40% of tour cost
• Day of departure or early departure from tour: 100% of tour cost
• No refund on unused portions of the tour

a substantial amount of cancellation or postponement of travel is attributable to: conditions resulting
from an act of God, natural or man-made disaster, fire, government action, civil disorder, war, hostilities
between nations, or unavailability of transportation through no fault of Mayflower Cruises & Tours.
